IS BASIC CBD LEGAL?
Yes! All Basic CBD products are legal under the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Farm Bill and Hemp Farming Act of 2018 regulating the growing of cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives known as hemp which is defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC.
Full-Spectrum Basic CBD products contain the complete range of active cannabinoids in the cannabis plant including THC up to 0.3%.
THC Free Basic CBD products are derived from 99.9% pure CBD Isolate that has been isolated as a single, cannabinoid compound and void of any detectable tested presence of THC.
WHERE IS BASIC CBD FROM?
Basic CBD products begin with Phytocannabinoid-Rich single strain industrial hemp genetics grown with natural, organic CBD farming techniques under the beautiful Colorado sun on land that is USDA Certified Organic free of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and any chemical fertilizers. After harvest, our hemp is extracted via solvent-free supercritical CO2 extraction creating a whole plant hemp oil extract rich in CBDa and the complete range of major and minor cannabinoids. The extraction removes the wax, chlorophyll and other undesirable plant matter. The remaining CBDA distillate is the basis of our Full Spectrum products. After further refinement CBD Isolate is created for our THC Free products. The tinctures are then formulated via GMP with Medium-Chain Triglycerides derived from coconut oil to aid in digestion, bioavailability and overall efficacy.
Basic CBD is produced in a ISO 9001:2015 certified facility that is registered as an official FDA Food Facility. Our extraction facility utilizes GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and our products contain absolutely no fillers. The products are Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan and Keto-Friendly. Each batch of products is 3rd Party Tested to verify the amount and potency of CBD and overall purity of the formulation. Full-Spectrum CBD products are made from a whole plant extract that includes the complete range of naturally occurring cannabinoids like CBD, THC, CBN, CBG, CBC as well as terpenes, flavonoids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and more. When these compound combine they magnify in a process known as the Entourage Effect.
THC Free CBD products are made from 99.9% CBD Isolate, the purest form of CBD available on the market today. This type of CBD has had all other elements removed making a pure CBD Oil product of the highest quality.
WILL BASIC CBD STILL BE LEGAL IN A FEW YEARS?
