Wholesale CBD Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
IS BASIC CBD LEGAL?
Yes! All Basic CBD products are legal under the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and the Farm Bill and Hemp Farming Act of 2018 regulating the growing of cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.) and derivatives known as hemp which is defined as cannabis with less than 0.3% THC.
Full-Spectrum Basic CBD products contain the complete range of active cannabinoids in the cannabis plant including THC up to 0.3%.
THC Free Basic CBD products are derived from 99.9% pure CBD Isolate that has been isolated as a single, cannabinoid compound and void of any detectable tested presence of THC.
WHERE IS BASIC CBD FROM?
Basic CBD products begin with Phytocannabinoid-Rich single strain industrial hemp genetics grown with natural, organic CBD farming techniques under the beautiful Colorado sun on land that is USDA Certified Organic free of herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and any chemical fertilizers. After harvest, our hemp is extracted via solvent-free supercritical CO2 extraction creating a whole plant hemp oil extract rich in CBDa and the complete range of major and minor cannabinoids. The extraction removes the wax, chlorophyll and other undesirable plant matter. The remaining CBDA distillate is the basis of our Full Spectrum products. After further refinement CBD Isolate is created for our THC Free products. The tinctures are then formulated via GMP with Medium-Chain Triglycerides derived from coconut oil to aid in digestion, bioavailability and overall efficacy.
Basic CBD is produced in a ISO 9001:2015 certified facility that is registered as an official FDA Food Facility. Our extraction facility utilizes GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and our products contain absolutely no fillers. The products are Non-GMO, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Vegan and Keto-Friendly. Each batch of products is 3rd Party Tested to verify the amount and potency of CBD and overall purity of the formulation. Basic CBD products are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse facility in California.
WHAT MAKES BASIC CBD WHOLESALE PRODUCTS DIFFERENT?
Our founders studied the data from millions of dollars in CBD market transactions to truly understand just what consumers not only wanted, but what consumers were truly buying. With this data, we created a brand and business strategy to support exactly what consumers were purchasing. Instead of flashy, deceptive marketing tactics, strange additives you can’t pronounce or artificial flavorings Basic CBD is a simple, premium CBD brand and product lineup that delivers the benefits of CBD relief where customers need it most, quickly and effectively.
WHAT TYPES OF WHOLESALE CBD PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
We currently offer CBD Oil Tinctures (Drops) as well as a Topical CBD Cream. The Tinctures are available in both Full-Spectrum and THC Free formulations with the CBD Topical Cream available in a single strength, 1000mg Full Spectrum offering. Future plans include expansion of the CBD topicals category with a Roll-On Salve and other creams along with gummies and edibles including a CBD Gummy and CBD Pet care products.
Full-Spectrum CBD products are made from a whole plant extract that includes the complete range of naturally occurring cannabinoids like CBD, THC, CBN, CBG, CBC as well as terpenes, flavonoids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and more. When these compound combine they magnify in a process known as the Entourage Effect.
THC Free CBD products are made from 99.9% CBD Isolate, the purest form of CBD available on the market today. This type of CBD has had all other elements removed making a pure CBD Oil product of the highest quality.
WILL BASIC CBD STILL BE LEGAL IN A FEW YEARS?
Currently, all Basic CBD products are federally legal under the US Farm Bill.
With many major box retailers like CVS, GNC, and Walgreens offering CBD products things have only amplified since Cannabidiol first became federally legal in all 50 states through the 2014 U.S. Farm Bill. Not only do we expect CBD to be legal in the coming years, our founding team has been a part of the CBD industry since the beginning having worked to grow the CBD market and brands since 2015.
One of the most important things to consider currently when looking for Wholesale CBD is that you are getting products that meet the following criteria:
- Derived from the Hemp Plant
- Phytocannabinoid Rich
- Void of Heavy Metals
- THC Content Less Than 0.3% of Finished Product
WHAT TRAINING AND SUPPORT DO YOU PROVIDE RETAILERS?
We are only as good as those that represent us. As a CBD wholesaler we offer a wide array of training for your wholesale orders on not only our Full Spectrum CBD Oil and high quality THC Free CBD Oil but also broad knowledge and understanding of sales support for the highest quality CBD products.
We understand the trust you place in a brand as a wholesale partner for your retail business when you choose to place it on your shelves. We are forever grateful for that trust and will never offer you substandard products.
With our help your team will be able to explain everything from distillate to broad spectrum, contaminants, and what to look for in a quality product. We are here to help you train a team of CBD hemp experts and grow together.
DOES A BUSINESS OWNER NEED TO BE A CBD HEMP EXPERT?
No! You don’t have to be a CBD expert to be a successful CBD wholesaler. One of the best things about Basic CBD is how simple we have made things to understand. The ingredients are simple and the labels are clear with easy to read designations of product type and milligram strength to avoid confusion. Our goal was to make things as simple as they can get with the best, premium CBD you can find.
I HEARD ANOTHER BRAND OF CBD WAS SUPERIOR TO BASIC CBD?
This is an easy claim to make but when you remember what makes Basic CBD great you also understand why these claims are far-fetched. The true power of CBD products comes from Cannabidiol itself and the naturally occurring beneficial cannabinoids that exist in hemp extract. From Tetrahydrocannabinol to CBN, CBC, CBG, CBDA and other cannabinoids that stimulate the receptors of the Endocannabinoid System. The secret really is CBD itself.
As for the product types available, the data on bulk CBD that we studied helped to dial in the exact milligram strengths and sizes desired by consumers. The guess work is over for you as a business and the choice is as simple as the ingredients within, Basic CBD.
IS BASIC CBD 3RD PARTY LAB TESTED?
Yes! All Basic CBD products are verified by an independent third-party laboratory with Certificate of Analysis lab testing conducted.
This testing is done to verify that the amount of CBD is as claimed on the label but also that the product is free of any residual solvents or contaminants. Since we utilize a CO2 extraction process, there are no solvents that exist with our production. We make the test results easy to find with future QR code integration on product labels.
WHO ARE SOME CURRENT CBD WHOLESALERS FOR BASIC CBD?
Basic CBD is currently sold throughout the United States at fitness centers, wellness centers, chiropractors, hair salons, dermatologists, coffee shops and more.
Basic CBD was first sold online via the CBD Oil Solutions Marketplace, an industry leader for tinctures, creams, wax, CBD edibles, salves, softgels, gummies and other products.
